The entire Disney Performing Arts team is looking forward to hosting the 2012 Disney Jazz Celebration at the Disneyland^® Resort in Southern California and we hope you can join us.

Please carefully read the following information and submit the requested details on the following pages to register your group.

SELECT A PACKAGE

Choose a package (3- to 5-day packages are available). All participants must purchase Disney Jazz Celebration packages.
No other ticket media is accepted for participation in Disney Jazz Celebration.
Disney Performing ArtsTheme Park admission tickets must be used on your event date(s).
Non-participants of all ages may purchase Disney Jazz Celebration Guest tickets at the same prices.
Disney Jazz CelebrationGuest tickets do not include Backstage privileges or package merchandise.
Group members may visit both Parks in one day with our Disneyland^®Resort Park Hopper^®ticket.
Multi-day Park Hopper^®packages include admission to both Theme Parks for the designated number of days within a 14-day period.

4- and 5- Day packages include a performance in Disneyland^®Park and Disney California Adventure^TMParkpending the acceptance of an audition.

Be a part of the "Disney Show." As featured performers, your group will perform for an international audience on one of our professional Disney stages.

All groups requesting to perform must submit a video recording and a color photograph of the intended performance attire. Only completed applications with video recordings and photos can be processed for a performance.
For your audition submission record three short, live, upbeat selections that are representative of your group’s intended Disney performance or workshop skill level.
No adjudication or promotional recordings will be accepted.
Your recording and photo may be no older than one year prior to the date you are requesting to visit the Disneyland^®Resort, and must be received at least two months prior to the date requested.
Audition materials can be mailed to the address on the application; or sent digitally via relayit.net. (Please see instructions on our website http://www.disneyjazzcelebration.com.)

And/or you can add a Disney Soundtrack Session: Instrumental or a Disney Vocal Soundtrack Session for an additional $12.00 per participant.

Soundtrack Session: Jazz: Puts students in a recording studio setting where Disney music professionals teach students the importance of sight-reading and performance concepts, and what it's like to work in the music industry. Workshop clinicians are composers, arrangers, conductors and studio musicians, each with Disney credit to their name. Our studios are the real deal, so when students put on a pair of wireless headphones and listen to the click track, they truly learn what it's like to lay down tracks like the pros. Each 90-minute session includes playback of Disney film clips with the musical score provided by your ensemble. – Additional $12.00 per person

Soundtrack Session: Vocal Workshop: teaches students the importance of sight-reading, listening, rehearsing and of course -- watching the director! Key performance and rehearsal concepts are reinforced by a Disney vocal professional. Students have the opportunity to work with a recording technician while using click-track and wireless headsets to produce their very own version of a vocal selection from a beloved Disney film. The finale of the 90-minute session is a reveal of all of their hard work with a review of their recorded songs, all set to the original Disney film footage. Additional $12.00 per person

All performers are required to purchase a Disney Jazz Celebration ticket package with a minimum 3-day admission. Transportation to and from the Disneyland® Resort, or to and from any backstage gates will not be provided. (Ensembles are not registered and availability in the festival is not guaranteed until the $100 non-refundable, registration fee is received for each ensemble and a confirmation letter is sent.)
