All conference participants are encouraged to stay at the host resort, Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, a Green Lodging Certified hotel.



If you choose to stay at a different hotel, you will be responsible for daily transportation to Coronado Springs Convention Center.

IZE has secured a special conference rate of $148 plus tax per night. 

This rate is available during the conference and on a limited basis for the three days immediately preceeding and following the conference.  This is based on single or double occupancy, with a $15 per person per day charge for more than two adults. 

Participants who choose to stay at the host resort will also be able to use the Disney Magical Express, which provides transportation from the Orlando International Airport to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.
