Program locations vary by date - please check the "Dates and Registration" page Hotel Accommodations - Programs held at Walt Disney World® Resort: A hotel room is not included in your program price. There is a block of rooms available for each of the program dates in the same resort where the program will be held. The current room rate for programs held at Walt Disney World® Resort is $189 per night per room plus 12.5% tax for the months of October 2009 - June 2010 and $159 per night per room plus 12.5% tax for the months of July - September 2010 for 3 Day, 3 1/2 Day and 5 Day programs. Guests are able to book a room reservation at the same time they book their program. The current room rate for 1 Day programs held at Walt Disney World® Resort is $195 per night per room plus 12.5% tax for the programs held June 25th, June 28th and July 1st, 2010. The current room rate for 1 Day programs held at Walt Disney World® Resort is $159 per night per room plus 12.5% tax for the programs held July 19th through July 23rd, 2010. The number of rooms available at this rate is limited.
- Programs held at Disneyland® Resort: A hotel room is not included in your program price. As a Disney Institute program participant, there are a small number of discounted rooms available for each of the program dates at Disneyland® Resort. Information regarding booking rooms is available in your confirmation email once you book a program. Room rates for programs held at Disneyland® Resort are currently starting at:
- $196/night for Disney’s Paradise Pier® Hotel
- $216/night for Disneyland® Hotel
- $296/night for Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel®
Note: Rates vary based on season, resort choice and availability. A $12.00 per room, per night Resort Fee and Occupancy Tax of 15% per room, per night will apply to all rates. The number of rooms available at this rate is limited.
**Theme Park Tickets - 3 1/2 Day and 5 Day Programs at theWalt Disney World® Resort :Additional Theme Park Tickets are available for purchase. You will have the opportunity to upgrade the ticket included in your registration while making your program reservation. You will also receive a link to purchase additional tickets for your party in your confirmation email after you register. Please note that pre-arrival pricing is lower than prices offered on-site, so we do recommend ordering at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- 1 Day Programs at theWalt Disney World & Disneyland® Resort :Theme Park Tickets are not included in your program price but are available for purchase. You will have the opportunity to purchase tickets while making your program reservation. You will also receive a link to purchase additional tickets for your party in your confirmation email after you register. Please note that pre-arrival pricing is lower than prices offered on-site, so we do recommend ordering at least 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason you are unable to attend your program, you can cancel for a full refund 60 days before the program start date. If you must cancel within 60 days before the program start date, you may transfer to any other available date. You may not cancel or transfer your reservation within 30 days of the program date.
